Miracle Flour - Gluten-free flour mix
Our Miracle Cookies have been a huge hit with customers! We call them Miracle Cookies because they are vegan, gluten-free, and as moist, chewy, flavorful and delicious as great homemade cookies made with butter, eggs and wheat!
What's the secret? A big part of it is our gluten-free flour mix. We experimented for months and ended up using 10 different ingredients to substitute for wheat flour. They are Almond flour, Tapioca flour, Potato starch, Sorghum flour, Garbanzo bean flour, Millet flour, Teff flour, certified gluten-free Oat flour, Amaranth flour and Potato flour.
You and your gluten-free friends deserve to bake with Miracles too! This is one pound of the gluten-free flour mix we use to make our Miracle Cookies, beautifully packaged in a reusable mason jar. You can use it to make a variety of gluten-free baked goods. They also make a great gift.
Miracle flour works great for cookies of course, but we expect that it will generally work as a one-for-one flour replacement. So far we've tried pancakes, pumpkin bread and blondies and they all came out great. Check back soon, we'll be adding recipes for these and other baked goods.
